Introduction & Acceptance

Identity Verification (KYC)
app22 may request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may result in the account and any pending withdrawals being placed on hold.
Account Registration & Security
It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide when creating an account on app22 is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Some important points regarding account security:
- Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential — do not share them with anyone.
- If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the app22 support team immediately.
- You are responsible for all transactions and activities carried out through your account.
- app22 will never ask for your password by email or chat — any such request is a sign of fraud.
Transferring, selling, or renting your account is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
app22 currently supports three mobile financial services for transactions: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
- Deposits and withdrawals can only be made from a mobile account registered in your name.
Withdrawal Terms
Your account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. app22 may request additional verification for suspicious transactions and may temporarily suspend the withdrawal process if necessary. For bonus or promotional funds that are eligible for withdrawal, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
app22 monitors all transactions to prevent money laundering. If unusual activity is detected, the account may be suspended.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
New players registered at app22 can enjoy a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.
Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (the wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not to the deposit + bonus combined). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Specific guidelines set by app22 must be followed when claiming a bonus.
- Separate terms and conditions may apply to each promotional offer — these are detailed on the relevant offer page.
- If any misuse or manipulation of a bonus is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
- Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all related accounts being permanently closed.
VIP Program
The app22 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). The criteria for advancing to a higher tier are set by app22 from time to time and may be changed at any time.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the app22 platform:
- Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempt to exploit the platform's systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Taking advantage of platform bugs or technical errors.
- Betting against yourself ("arbitrage") for the purpose of withdrawing bonus funds.
- Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
- Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method.
If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, app22 may close the account without notice and forfeit the associated balance.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
app22 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent environment across all games. Various types of games are available on the platform — slots, live casino, fishing games, cricket betting, and others.

Limitation of Liability
The app22 platform operates on an "as is" basis. We endeavour to ensure uninterrupted availability of the platform, but our liability is limited in the following cases:
- Losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or third-party service failures.
- Losses arising from issues with your device or internet connection.
- Service interruptions caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- Direct or indirect financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.
app22's maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question under any circumstances.

Closing Your Account
